The courses

Anticoagulation management and stroke prevention: CPD for the healthcare professional is for healthcare professionals who manage, or plan to manage, those taking oral anticoagulant therapy (Vitamin K antagonists).

The overall aim of this course is to develop the confidence and the competence of community and hospital based clinicians to allow them to make sound, patient-centred clinical decisions to safely manage oral anticoagulant therapy.

Anticoagulation management and stroke prevention: a patient’s guide is a comprehensive course designed to give patients and carers the knowledge, skills and confidence to monitor their oral anticoagulation therapy
